As the core manufacturing base of Hong Xiao (Hong Kong) Holdings Limited, our perfume factory takes Hong Kong as the global operation hub, integrating Eastern aesthetics with international top-notch craftsmanship to build a full industrial chain perfume manufacturing system covering R&D, production, customization, and compliance. Relying on the capital free flow advantage and low tax policy benefits of Hong Kong as an international financial center, we efficiently connect the global raw material supply chain and consumer market, presenting olfactory masterpieces that combine quality depth and artistic warmth to brand customers and end consumers. In terms of production capacity, the factory is equipped with 24 automated production lines, among which 12 dedicated perfume production lines can cover all specifications from 1ml samples to 1000ml large-capacity products, with a daily production peak of 100,000 bottles and a stable annual production capacity exceeding 150 million pieces. The 100,000-level clean workshop strictly adheres to ISO22716/GMPC international standards, and is equipped with CIP automatic cleaning equipment and intelligent warehouse MES-ERP-MRP three-system management. From raw material entry to finished product delivery, the entire process is traceable, ensuring the concentration accuracy and quality stability of every bottle of perfume. We have introduced 99.8% high-purity ethanol purification equipment and patented alcohol acceleration technology, which not only shortens the alcoholization cycle by 30%, but also reduces VOC emissions by 62% through environmentally friendly solvent alternatives, achieving a dual breakthrough in process innovation and sustainable development.

Research and development innovation is our core competitiveness. We have established a modern fragrance laboratory equipped with GC-MS gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and electronic nose systems. We have also formed a research and development team composed of international perfumers and chemical experts in collaboration with global top raw material suppliers such as Givaudan and Firmenich. On average, we launch over 50 new products each year. We deeply explore the essence of oriental spices and integrate Western molecular perfumery technology. This enables us to replicate the rich texture of classic fragrances and create unique memory points for custom fragrances, helping brands build differentiated market competitiveness. All our formulas comply with the IFRA 51st edition standards and have a VOC content of ≤80g/L, fully meeting international compliance requirements such as the EU, US FDA, and UAE ESMA, ensuring our products can be sold globally.
